What is one thing you would change/create to make the world a better place for women?

I feel like the list is endless and grows each day. I would make egg freezing free for women and remove the term ‘social’ egg freezing – there’s nothing social about it. I would teach boys from an early age that being vulnerable is a strength not a weakness, and showing respect for women is a must. I would ensure that every executive team, board room meeting and workshop is diverse and inclusive. Above all I would find a way to free women of guilt and shame - the feeling of not doing enough, being enough or having achieved enough (according to society’s standards).
